accessibility policy

In short: My goal is to make this ain’t livin’ as accessible as possible to every single user who wants to view it.

You, as a user, are entitled to request accommodations if there is an area of the site which is difficult or not possible for you to access. To the best of my abilities, I will accommodate your needs although some users may have conflicting needs which I will have to balance. Accessibility is very important to me and it matters: your needs as a user matter. No issue is ‘trivial’ if it is affecting you.

My contact email is sesmith at realsesmith dot com and you are welcome to email me with any access issues you experience.

I have a site map for users who prefer to see information about what is on that site presented in a tree format rather than in the navigation menu at the top of the page.

I also caption images and transcribe video content posted here so that all users can access it and do not lock text size, allowing you to adjust it to your personal comfort level.

I have enabled a range of subscription options, allowing you to view posts with an RSS reader or through your email (irritatingly, Feedburner insists on a Captcha with their subscription tool—if you have trouble with it, please email me and I will sign you up). If there is another option you would like made available, please let me know and I will do my best to make it happen.
