I have all sorts of exciting announcements for April, but I wanted to roll out the first today.
I’ve been blogging here at this ain’t livin’ since 2005, and as my work in other publications has increased, I’ve decided to shift the focus of the site a bit. I know this may come as a shock to some readers, but given that I’m writing so much in many other locations, I need to spread my workload to achieve a more effective work-life balance.
I love this site and its readers, and I think many of you will adjust well to the new direction. Starting on Monday, this ain’t livin’ is going to become a pony appreciation site, with photographs, interviews with equestrians, the latest horse news, and more. I’ve got some great content lined up for you that I think you’re going to absolutely love.
Horses have always been my passion, and I’m delighted to finally get a chance to share them with you.
I’m also going to be rolling out a brand new look to fit with the new theme, so hang tight if things look a little wonky over the next few days.
I hope you’re as excited as I am! Rest assured, older content will continue to be accessible—and of course you can keep reading me elsewhere.
To kick things off, here are some amazing horse photos for you!
